Shipping policy

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation. Processing generally takes anywhere from 24-48 hours (please note extended processing time may occur during sale periods). Once your package has been picked up by our contracted carrier (USPS) you will receive tracking information via the email address used at checkout!

If your order has been lost, contact us at info@ingoodlife.com, and a support specialist will gladly assist!

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Clearwater, Florida. Domestic orders are delivered via USPS with Ground Advantage in 2-7 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy

At inGoodLife we strongly believe in our products and want you to be fully satisfied with the purchases you make from us. That is why we have a simple shipping and returns policy.

Our products are only for sale within the United States. Therefore, these policies only apply to customers within the United States.

POLICY

If the item arrived damaged, please email us at info@ingoodlife.com . You must include a picture of the damaged item. We will replace damaged items.

inGoodLife will only accept returns of products that are:

  1. Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with original safety seal, and ;
  2. That have been purchased directly from inGoodLife, and;
  3. A return has been requested within 14 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Although we strive to minimize process times, refunds may take over one week to process once we receive all required information and/or product(s). In all cases, refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. It may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

All returned item(s) must be received within 90 days of the delivery date of the item(s) to be considered for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Any unqualified return, such as orders received after 90 days of original delivery, will not be credited due to destruction or expiration considerations.
